Internships are semester and summer field ministry roles for college students that provide spiritual, personal and leadership development through serving with FCA. Internships are available locally and include experiences at FCA camps and in the community.
The Ambassador role serves a narrowly defined local area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission on a very limited, part-time basis.
The Area Representative serves a local geographic area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission.
The Area Director is responsible for growing FCA by praying and staffing the area through Ministry, Talent, Donor and Board Advancement. The Area Director works with staff and volunteers to fund and steward the finances of the ministry.
Developing Motorsports athletes through one-on-one relationships and huddles that foster mental, emotional, and spiritual growth within the ministry-focused programming.
Dedicated volunteers who form a robust community with impactful influence in the Motorsports realm, devoted to discipleship and E3 training.
Athletes serve as community and campus leaders, addressing the needs of individuals and families and engaging them toward the hope of the gospel.
Driving transformative ministry via trackside ministry, competitions, and camps throughout the community.

o Complete the FCA Motorsports online training: Two webinars in FCA University (Interested and Getting Started).

o Join the FCA Motorsports Gathering calls and the Motorsports Leadership Retreat.
o Adopt the lens of serving: “How can we serve Motorsports athletes and coaches in our area?”
o Establish an area audit:
o Consider getting a promo kit to create a “presence” for trackside ministry.
o Build an advisory board that includes men and women who are willing to help carry the load of leading the ministry.
o Fundraise to purchase a promotional kit for trackside ministry – tent, flags, table, 9 square, and other products to give away.
o Initiate opportunities for families to help you raise funds for the ministry.
o Regularly invite prospective donors to support your efforts financially. (Phil 4:17) Minister to donors through consistent connection, communication, and care.
o Inspire and empower motorsports men and women to contribute based on their unique spiritual giftings, whether at camp, trackside ministry, or potential motorsports staff.
